Welcome to the first episode of Catalyze, a brand-new podcast from the Morehead-Cain Foundation at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The first guest is Brad Ives ’86. Brad is Carolina’s Associate Vice Chancellor for Campus Enterprises, which means he oversees the University’s Auxiliary Services, Energy Services, Transportation and Parking, Student Stores, and Trademarks and Licensing. This encompasses a $175 million budget with hundreds and hundreds of employees.

Brad is also the brain behind the biggest of all Morehead-Cain events: the Alumni Forum. He shares where the idea came from—and how he pulled it off.
