Kayden earned a BA in media and journalism and a BA in public policy with a minor in business administration while seeking certification in sports communications, business journalism, and fashion advertising. She has experience working as a user-generated content creator for skincare and beauty brands such as Cetaphil, Fenty Beauty, and many others. While being a published writer, photographer, public speaker, and poet, she worked at UNICEF in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and CNN London to deepen her role as a global citizen. Last summer, she spent her time in Australia and New Zealand with the Kenan-Flagler Business School and interning for Sephora in San Francisco. Kayden was inducted into the Order of the Golden Fleece for her ability to leave UNC better than when she arrived while cultivating community, leadership, and scholarship.
