Franky Jones joined the Foundation in January 2024, bringing twenty years of experience in information systems management, software engineering, and Lean-Agile leadership.
Before joining the Foundation, Franky worked in the robotics industry as the Information Systems and Software Engineering Manager for ATI Industrial Automation in Apex, North Carolina. He first joined ATI in 2005 as a software engineer, designing information systems to support the innovation and business processes of the organization. He served in several technology and leadership roles before joining the ATI executive leadership team in 2020, where he directed the operation of the business’s entire IT and software engineering functions.
Franky is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve things they never thought possible. Technology has always been an avenue for expressing that passion, leading to the design of truly transformative systems. The ultimate manifestation of this passion is his desire to empower and develop leaders and high-performing teams.
In his spare time, Franky enjoys serving at his church, reading, fishing, and obstacle course racing with friends. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife, Honey, and getting into mischief with his two sons. He and his family are proud residents of Saxapahaw, North Carolina.
