Pranav earned a BSPH in biostatistics with highest distinction and a BA in computer science, with a minor in mathematics. While at Carolina, he was a trader with the Global Perspectives Fund through Kenan-Flagler, treasurer for Stop the Bleed, and involved with the UNC Bioinformatics Club. As the founding president of Sandwiching the Wealth Gap, he spearheaded an initiative that provides over 2,000 meals each month to homeless shelters throughout Ohio. Academically, he conducted research with the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Gillings School of Global Public Health, and he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. One of Pranav’s highlights at UNC was leading a project with the Smart Surfaces Coalition to build a Climate Integrated Tourism Demand Model in collaboration with the UNWTO.
