Immediate Plans

To work as a data analyst for a pediatric HIV clinic in Eswatini as a Princeton in Africa Fellow.

Parker graduated with highest distinction and honors, earning a BSPH in health policy and management and a BA in global studies, with a minor in data science. At Carolina, he has worked across global health initiatives with the United Nations Foundation, the North Carolina Global Health Alliance, and UNC Project Malawi, focusing on advocacy, policy engagement, and implementation research. His honors thesis, in partnership with Cooper/Smith and Project Malawi, examines the link between population mobility and HIV service delivery, using mobile phone data to study seasonal movement and access to care. During a stop-out year, he backpacked solo through South America, explored the Himalayas in India, and served as a teaching assistant in Ghana. He concluded the year as head delegation manager for Peru at the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin, Germany, continuing nearly a decade of involvement with the organization.
