I’Mani earned her BSN from the UNC School of Nursing. During her time at Carolina, she served as co-president of the Minority Nursing Student Association and represented her peers as a student representative for the Student Health Action Coalition. Her dedication to academic excellence and nursing leadership earned her induction into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Passionate about women’s health, I’Mani became a trained doula and volunteered with organizations focused on addressing disparities in maternal healthcare.
