Carson earned a BS with highest distinction in business administration, with an emphasis on real estate and multinational finance, and a BA in economics. At Carolina, he worked as the chief executive officer of The Meantime Coffee Company and as president of the Board. Carson was very involved at Kenan-Flagler Business School, participating in the Luther Hodges Scholars program and Undergraduate Business Symposium Core Committee, and serving as vice president of Consult Your Community. He also interned with the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, and will graduate as a Buckley Public Service Scholar. Carson enjoyed studying abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
