Scholar Impact at Carolina

Seizing an Education

Morehead-Cain Scholars are challenged to grow, to author their own college experience, and to seize their own education. They engage deeply in life on campus and beyond. They serve in student government, pursue social justice, develop research skills, and perform in music and the arts.

“The Morehead-Cain Scholarship changed my life in a profound and unexpected way. I am where I am today thanks to their ongoing support and encouragement through every part of my winding path.”

  • Class of 2023
