The World’s Best Events Awards has honored Hill Carrow for the third straight year, awarding him with the award for Best New Event.

Carrow and his team at Sports & Properties, Inc. led the creation and production of the USA Masters Games. The multi-sport competition—held in Greensboro, North Carolina during the summer of 2016—drew more than 2,500 athletes from ten countries who competed in twenty-four different sports. Athletes set fourteen world records and eleven U.S. records during the games. The 2017 games took place in San Diego.

In 2015, Carrow won both the Best Sport/Multi-Discipline and the Event of the Year awards for the 2015 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, beating out the college football playoffs, the Super Bowl, and the Women’s World Cup (soccer).
