We are experts at getting lost.
That’s part of the joy of traveling, in a sense. You’re pretty much always lost when you’re on the road like this.
You never know where you’re going to sleep at night. You never really know where your next water supply is going to be. Certainly, in some of those deserts and mountains, it was really touch-and-go.
