My parents took me to my first UNC basketball game when I was six months old. Growing up, I idolized Dean Smith.
In seventh grade I had to write an essay about a famous person in history and narrowed my choices down to Coach Smith and Gandhi. I chose Dean.
UNC college basketball is a bona fide religion, and there’s no better place to worship than Chapel Hill.
